The Alameda County Training Officers (ALCO TOs) is comprised of representatives from all the fire departments in Alameda County. It serves the Alameda County Fire Chiefs and reports to the Operations Section.

The Alameda County Training Officers (ALCO TOs) is a 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit, membership organization dedicated to promoting, providing, and advancing the training needs of firefighters in Alameda County (CA).
